Terms of service for electronic services
Introduction
These Terms set out the rules for providing electronic services by:

hereinafter the "Service Provider".
The Terms have been drafted in accordance with:
- the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means
- the Telecommunications Law Act
- GDPR (EU 2016/679)
- the Civil Code
§1 General provisions
Use of the site constitutes acceptance of the Terms.
The Terms specify:
- scope of electronic services
- terms of their provision
- technical requirements
- liability rules
- complaint procedure
Definitions:
- a) Terms — this document
- b) Service Provider — LORICA Prawo i Rachunkowość sp. z o.o.
- c) User — person using the site
- d) Site — the Service Provider's website
- e) Electronic services — services provided electronically without the simultaneous presence of the parties
§2 Types of electronic services
The Service Provider in particular provides:
- contact form
- quote-request form
- ability to schedule meetings
- email communication
- provision of information about accounting, tax and legal services
Provision of accounting, tax or legal services takes place only on the basis of a separate contract.
§3 Forms and contact
Forms allow submitting an enquiry about services.
- providing data is voluntary but necessary for a reply
- replies are usually sent within 3 business days
- submitting the form does not constitute a contract
- information provided through the form does not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice
§4 Conclusion of contract
Information on the site does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
The contract is concluded:
- individually with the client
- after agreeing the cooperation terms
- in written or electronic form
The scope of services is defined each time in a separate contract or offer.
§5 Site terms of use
The user is obliged to use the site in accordance with the law.
It is forbidden to:
- send unlawful content
- interfere with IT systems
- disrupt the site's operation
- violate third-party rights
The Service Provider may temporarily limit access to the site for technical purposes.
§6 Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- technical breaks and failures
- force majeure events
- actions of third parties
- incorrect data provided by the user
Content on the site is for information purposes only and does not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice.
Liability for services provided under contract is defined individually.
§7 Complaints
Complaints may be submitted:

- in writing to the registered office
The complaint should contain:
- complainant's details
- description of the problem
- request
Response time: up to 14 days.
§8 Technical requirements
Using the site requires:
- device with internet access
- up-to-date browser
- JavaScript and cookies enabled
- email access
§9 Personal data
The data controller is LORICA Prawo i Rachunkowość sp. z o.o.
Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy.
Processing purposes:
- handling enquiries
- contact with the user
- preparing an offer
- pre-contractual steps
The user has the right to:
- access to data
- rectification
- erasure
- restriction of processing
- objection
- filing a complaint with UODO
§10 Data processing entrustment
When services require processing of personal data, a data-processing agreement may be concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
§11 Intellectual property
All content on the site is the property of the Service Provider or is used under licence.
Copying without consent is forbidden.
§12 Changes to the Terms
The Service Provider may change the Terms in case of:
- changes in law
- changes in services
- technical changes
Changes take effect from the moment of publication.
§13 Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law applies.
Disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office, taking into account consumer rights.
